I have figured out some important matters through your website post. One other stuff I would like to express is that there are plenty of games out there designed in particular for preschool age children. They include pattern recognition, colors, family pets, and forms. These often focus on familiarization as an alternative to memorization. This makes children and kids engaged without having a sensation like they are studying. Thanks

There's a gardening show that comes on the radio called Garden Mama. Her email is mama@gardenmama.com. The show is on Supertalk Mississippi. Drop her an email and she will tell you exactly what's what. Her name is Nellie Neal.

that's all I can think of at the moment, but I'm sure there's more

Squash, carrots, cucumbers tomatoes, okra.
In December you might want to check with either Lowes or Wal Mart & get a satsuma tree. They do really well in South Mississippi, unless you get another one like Katrina.
Check with Harrison County co-op on Highway 49, they should be able to help you.
I don't know what's still standing in Biloxi or Ocean Springs.
