Is there something that I can spray on garden plants to keep deer away?

Is there anything that I can spray on garden plants (beans, squash, etc.) that will keep deer from eating them down?

Belive it or not, you can take 4-5′ peices of garden hose, paint them black and put them throughout your garden. the deer will think they’re snakes and stay away. you gotta move them around every couple weks, but it’s worth the trouble if you wanna have a nice harvest. worked for me.
Deer Solution works well for me. It is made up of organics and is not toxic. It’s the smell (to deer) that keeps em away.
Try putting a ring of lyme around your garden. That will help keep animals out. You can get powdered lyme at most garden stores.
You can put a barbed wire around it
Nothing that realy works for long. Your best bet is to build an electric fence around it . Inexpensive, easy to build and supplies are available at Lowes, Home Depot and most builder’s supply stores. The deer learn to avoid it real fast.
Human hair (yes, "The Rookie" was accurate).
You can look up that information in most Counties. The CSU Extension office (Colorado State University) is an example of one place that provides that information.
I’ve read that hanging bars of Ivory soap out will work.
I’ve heard that cat’s litter box contents works. I’ve never tried it. We have more trouble with alligators getting run over than with deers.
Deer Away sprays made with egg, cayenne and garlic about 2 eggs, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tblsp cayenne or hot sauce to 2 cups water — puree in blender but don’t put in a sprayer as it is likely to clog the nozzle. let sit a couple of days before sprinkling around plants you want to protect. Rotten egg formulas however – are not recommended for use on food crops.
FOR FOOD CROPS: use up to 5 Tblsp cayenne to 1 gallon water with 1 Tblsp veg oil to help it stick. Test a leaf first to be sure it won’t harm the plants you want to spray and do not use close to harvest time. Then wash & taste test to make sure there is no residue when you go to harvest.
Deer are scents-a-tive [sensitive to scents]/ Try interplanting strong smelling herbs – marigolds,or onions along with the plants you are trying to protect.
