They can then advise how many tonnes etc you need.. As a guide a Tonne of decorative chipping can vary between £30 / tonne to £100. You get what you pay for ! ! I would look at bulk purchase and delivery with companies like 'The Builders Centre', 'Travis Perkins' etc. Be prepared to purchase a few ton for proper layer. You will also have to prepare the ground and base properly, either with a membrane which will stop all weeds growing up through the gravel, or by a thick layer of sand which will restrict growth.
