I used to use HOT chilli powder/flakes to keep them from pooping in the garden. If you know of a better way I would be glad to read your answer.
The front yard lawn/garden has no fence. In Alberta there are no laws, yet, requiring owners to register/tag their cats. This cat or cats wonder around after dark.

BB guns or any other gun is illegal to use in urban areas.

Have you tried spreading moth balls? Moth balls also deter snakes! You may want to try placing owls statues that ‘hoot’ when something moves near it too…Owls deter snakes as well~

Catch them take them to the chinese resturant and let them take good care of them. If you dont want to be that mean get a water gun and shoot them with water every time you see them near the garden.

Call animal control and have it picked up! Most cities have leash laws for cats as well as dogs. Maybe if she has to pay to get it back a few times, she’ll stop letting it run loose!!
