Beginners Gardening

but I put to much water on the paper, and the seeds didnt germinate…

If i try again with less water is it still possible for them to germinate, or are they dead?

We are going on vacation, and are going to be away for 3 days. We do not have a hose or a sprinkler, so that will not work. I was wondering if there is some method for watering my garden. Any suggestions would help..
